Account Deletion Request
If you would like to delete your account and all associated data from Floreo, please follow the steps below.
How to Request Account Deletion
- Send an email to: office@floreo.in
- Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
- Include your registered email address or phone number
Processing Time
All valid requests will be processed within 3–5 working days.
Data Deletion
Upon successful verification, the following data will be permanently deleted:
- Your account profile
- Personal information (name, email, phone number)
- App usage and activity data
Data Retention
Certain information may be retained if required for legal, financial, or security purposes, in accordance with applicable laws.
