The terms and conditions governing payments, withdrawals, and
refunds for the Applied Behavior Analysis Technician (ABAT) Course offered by Floreo
Academy. This policy has been established to ensure transparency and clarity regarding all
financial transactions related to the course.

By enrolling in the ABAT Course, reserving a seat, or making any payment towards the course,
participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.

All payments made towards the ABAT Course are strictly non-refundable. Once a
payment has been processed, no refund requests, claims, or disputes will be entertained
under any circumstances.

General Guidelines

Course Duration

The ABAT Course is conducted over a period of three (3) months. Upon enrollment,
participants are provided access to course planning, administrative services, learning resources,
and batch allocation. Therefore, all payments made towards the course are final and non-
refundable.

Booking Fee / Seat Reservation

  • Any amount paid to reserve or book a seat in the ABAT Course is considered a
    Booking Fee.
  • The Booking Fee is strictly non-refundable, regardless of whether the participant
    attends the course or chooses to withdraw before the course commencement.

     

  • Payment of the Booking Fee confirms the participant’s intention to enroll and reserves
    a seat in the allocated batch. As a result, the reserved seat is blocked and cannot be
    offered to another applicant.

     

  • The Booking Fee cannot be refunded, adjusted, or transferred to another person under
    any circumstances.

Withdrawal Requests

  • Participants may submit a formal withdrawal request via email to the Course
    Coordinator for administrative purposes.
  • Withdrawal requests will be acknowledged only for record-keeping purposes.
  • Submission of a withdrawal request does not entitle the participant to any refund,
    credit, or adjustment of any payment made.

     

  • No refund will be issued regardless of whether the withdrawal occurs before or after
    the commencement of the course.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change in personal or family circumstances
  • Medical reasons or health-related issues
  • Employment or work schedule changes
  • Relocation or travel commitments
  • Financial difficulties
  • Failure to attend live sessions
  • Failure to access or complete course materials
  • Failure to submit assignments, assessments, or supervision requirements
  • Failure to appear for examinations
  •  Technical issues related to the participant’s internet connection, device, or software
  • Voluntary withdrawal from the course for any reason
  • Dissatisfaction with the course after enrollment
  • Failure to complete the course within the scheduled duration

No-Refund Policy

Under no circumstances shall Floreo Academy be liable to refund any amount paid towards:

  • Booking or seat reservation fees
  • Admission or enrollment fees
  • Installment payments
  • Partial payments
  • Full course payments
  • Any other fees or charges associated with the ABAT Course

All payments made are final and non-refundable.

Final Authority

All decisions relating to admissions, bookings, payments, withdrawals, transfers, and the
interpretation of this Refund Policy shall rest solely with the management of Floreo Academy.
Any matter not specifically addressed in this policy shall be interpreted and decided by the
management, and such decisions shall be final and binding on all participants.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kerala, India.
